Our Goals

Provide all students with a safe, equitable and respectful learning environment. For every student that walks through our doors, we want to see them learning in a place that inspires excellence, confidence and a sense of belonging.

Improve our student support services and processes to better meet the individual needs of our students. We plan to invest in academic coaches, parent-student connectors, nursing aids and intervention support staff.

Invest in technology to improve efficiency of our internal systems and manage operational costs. From utilizing student-facing software like Schoology and Office 365 to important, internal cybersecurity and security camera systems, we’re focused on ensuring our schools are safe and efficient.

Engage families through regular, transparent communication to keep them informed about what’s happening in our schools. Our district is exploring new ways to keep our community updated, such as monthly teacher and department newsletters, a redesigned district website, quarterly Parent Advisory Committee meetings, engagement tools such as Blackboard, Canvas, and regular Family Engagement Events.
